This Magazine is such a great read!
I like to sit down with a good cuppa and get into it. It's got lots of great up to date information on natural therapies, wholefoods lifestyles and recipes, where to go for retreats, massages & facials, yoga as therapy, natural remedies for colds and flu and much much more. I find it very inspiring, and helpful in keeping you focussed to continue on your health journey. Each edition is different and valuable. This tea is made from organic cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. It is absolutely delicious on its own and a really lovely winter warmer. I use it for increasing my circulation and inner warmth. Plus its a great caffeine free cuppa alternative.

Wow, this cookbook by Amy Crawford is Amazing! It contains wonderful recipes using wholefoods. The recipes are all gluten free, refined sugar free, additive free and nutrient rich. The photographs are magical, and the recipes really inspire you to create nourishing home cooked meals. I've already recommended this book to several of my naturopathic patients, and I love it so much that I've even put a link to it on my page.
