There are a couple of interesting posts I have planned for you guys. I'm going to use my food as medicine class as a base, so it will be good revision for me, and new information for you guys :) Win win.
Cooking methods to maintain nutrient levels, protein combining and protein sources, and nutrients in the foods we eat will all feature, plus I thought it might be fun to do a staying healthy over Christmas and New Years post too. Is there anything in particular that you guys want to see? Let me know and I'll do my best to accomodate.
