How are you all going? Getting use to the Winter Chill just and the delight of a warm fire? Winter is a great time for rest and reflection, and for setting your intentions for Spring time.
It's been a busy month for me, with website development (this one and another one which I shall be revealing to you soon), health and wellness presentations, Naturopathic patients and general life!
Some of its been fabulous, some of it challenging, and some of it downright hard.
I'm right in the middle of doing a self enrichment course called Healthy, Happy, Abundant by Jia Ni Teo. It's fabulous, and is giving me some wonderful user friendly tips on setting up my daily routines, holding intentions for the day, focusing on affirmations and generally building up a sense of happiness and abundance.
