There is a lot of focus on eating the right foods, taking the right supplements and exercising the right amount of times per week. Yes these things are important, but none of it can fall totally in to place without a peaceful spirit.
Ah, a peaceful spirit :) The thought makes me smile and puff up my chest with love.
It's the moments of self care that we take in each day that really cultivate happiness and peace. If we aren't taking these moments just for ourselves because we think we are too busy, or have too much to do for others, then its time we learnt to slow down and nourish number one. A healthy you full of self love means that you have so much more to offer to those that you love and care for.

Filling up my self love cup at the moment have been my morning walks, journal writing, keeping a gratitude journal, talks and connection with my family and friends, bush flower essences to help me connect to my spirit space rather than just living in busy head space, meditation (usually guided, I find it hard to concentrate otherwise), polychrome jasper stones, raw juices and smoothies, warm drinks, lots of sleep and the knowledge that we are all connected.
Whats filling up your self love cup? What do you turn too to help you feel better when things are a bit askew?
Love and Light
