Hello beautiful friends. So its definitely Winter, and it’s Cold! There is something delightful about a warm blanket and snuggling up in winter with a hot cup of tea. So go grab yourself some tea and check out my list of love.
Hello beautiful people :) I wanted to come tonight and let you all know what's been driving my vibe lately, and what's been happening in wholesome chick land.
I've just come back from a rejuvenating trip to Vanuatu with my husband and best friend Brendan :) We went for 5 days of pure relaxation. Our days consisted of lazy sleep ins, breakfasts by the pool in our resort, swims, reading books in the sun, having massages, enjoying some cocktails, afternoon naps, ferry rides to Port Villa, market hopping and generally just chilling. We both came home feeling really relaxed, and it's highlighted for me the utmost importance of taking time out from the hustle and bustle of every day life!
It's also made me realise how important it is to create these quiet moments of stillness in our daily lives. It's definitely going to be a focus for me now, creating this calming stillness and sense of relaxation. Meditations, walks in nature, writing in my journal all do this for me.
This brings me to my first Love for August:

1 is Wellbeing Magazine!
This Magazine is such a great read!
I like to sit down with a good cuppa and get into it. It's got lots of great up to date information on natural therapies, wholefoods lifestyles and recipes, where to go for retreats, massages & facials, yoga as therapy, natural remedies for colds and flu and much much more. I find it very inspiring, and helpful in keeping you focussed to continue on your health journey. Each edition is different and valuable. If you haven't picked up a Wellbeing Magazine yet, give it a go today!
