It's an e-book primarily designed to give you Wholefood, healthy and nourishing options for breakfasts, snacks, drinks and morning teas. The recipes are aimed at those wanting to nourish their bodies with wholefoods, as well as being allergy and intolerance friendly too. As a Naturopath, let me just say this is one e-book that I'll be recommending to my patients over and over.
Here is a brief run down of the deliciousness you will find in the pages of this e-cookbook:
First up there is a section dedicated to drinks - think green smoothies and juices, pear and rhubarb smoothie, maca hot chololate and spiced sesame chai tea. Yum!
Next comes the weekday rush breakfast ideas - think 5 minute eggs, lemon thyme & dukkah muffins, acia bowls and easy omelettes.
This is followed by a section dedicated to baking - theres banana date & walnut bread, raspberry lemon tea cakes, superfood seed energy bars and so much more.
The final section is dedicated to pantry items - things like creamy cashew milk, beetroot relish, berry jams and coconut maple almond butter.
